Delayed fulfillment from Seller

What you can do: Customer should Chat with Seller to check if the item is already prepared. This could also be an issue with the seller pick-up.

Wrong Address

What you can do: Check if the items can still be cancelled. Update your "Default Shipping" address to avoid further delivery issues. Check if the items can still be cancelled. If not, advise the customer that item was already packed by the seller.

Delivery reschedule request

What you can do: We cannot guarantee that requests will be accommodated as this depends on the courier's schedule. Make sure to authorize a person to receive on your behalf in case of unavailability.
